This Refund Policy governs the terms under which Elul.io (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides refunds for services and subscriptions purchased through our platform ("Website" or "Services"). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Elul.io offers AI-driven procurement services for the energy industry. Due to the nature of our platform and the resources allocated upon activation, all sales are final, and we do not generally offer refunds except in the cases outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Elul.io under the following circumstances:

2.1 System Malfunction or Service Downtime

  • If the platform experiences a service outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours due to Elul.io’s fault, and you are unable to access core functionalities, you may request a partial refund for the affected period.

  • This does not apply to scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

2.2 Unauthorized Charges

  • If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the charge. If the claim is verified, we will issue a full refund of the disputed amount.

2.3 Failure to Provide Purchased Services

  • If you have purchased a service and Elul.io fails to deliver it as agreed within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Subscription-Based Plans: If a user cancels their subscription mid-term, no prorated refunds will be provided.

  • User-Initiated Cancellation: If you choose to stop using Elul.io’s services, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused time.

  • Trial Periods and Promotional Offers: Any free trials or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.

  • Failure to Use the Service: Refunds will not be issued due to failure to log in, use, or understand the service.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

  3. Allow 5-10 business days for Elul.io to review the request and respond.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting Elul.io to resolve the issue may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

  • If a chargeback is deemed fraudulent or in violation of this policy, Elul.io reserves the right to dispute the charge and take appropriate legal action.

6. Modifications to this Policy

Elul.io reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
